Happy New Year to all.
We’ll keep this brief with some housekeeping as we enter a new year:
- The pedestrianisation of Mill Road is now complete. Please ensure you familiarise yourselves with the new one-way system through the town centre, and update your SatNavs.
- Ghost hunters at our most haunted locations remain banned, and licences will not be granted again this year. Please stop asking. Unlicenced ghost hunters and mediums are still prohibited. We will not be taking questions at this time.
- Please take care on the cliffs and beach, always check the weather and the red flags. Keep dogs on a lead.
- For various reasons, we need to once more advise that if you are requesting home caring services, the Council only provides these for living people. There are other services available for other circumstances, which are beyond the scope of the town council or indeed the county council. Please refer to these first.
- Pagham-on-Sea is getting its very first Cafe Nero, opening on the high street on 25 Jan 2026!
Many thanks,
The Worshipful Mayor of Pagham-on-Sea, Councillor Enid Aldridge
